Our story

A considered floor in a quiet, well-lit room

A floor should be the quietest thing in the room — the thing you don't notice, until you notice everything else falls into place because of it.

A small house of considered floors.

Lusso Flooring is a Leeds-based house of materials, founded for the people who specify rooms for a living. We work almost exclusively with designers, architects, specifiers, and contractors — the trade who need a floor to do its job for thirty years without ever asking to be looked at.

Our four ranges — Brockwood, Foxgrove, Hatherley, and Wenlock — are organised by character, not by category. Each one has its own tone, its own tier, and its own set of finishes. Together they cover the materials a project needs: engineered European oak, solid European oak, and rigid-core (SPC) click vinyl, with a Luxury Vinyl Tile range arriving shortly.

Curated, not catalogued.

Golden handscraped solid oak

Every floor in the Lusso Flooring library is chosen, not added. We turn down more boards than we list. The ones that make it through are the ones that take light well, sit calmly under furniture, age into themselves, and read as part of the architecture rather than a feature in it.

The finishes are deliberately understated — natural oils, hand-brushed grain, smoked patinas that age gracefully, hand-selected lacquers that wear into the floor rather than over it. None of our floors shout. All of them last.

How we work with the trade.

Lusso Flooring operates on trade-only pricing. Apply for trade access and you'll unlock live pricing on all 97 floors, unlimited free samples, specification sheets, and direct access to a Lusso Flooring specifier who can pair our boards against your project palette. Most applications are approved within four hours.

We deliver across the UK, on schedules built for site programmes rather than retail timelines. When you specify Lusso Flooring, we plan back from your installation date.

What's coming.

An LVT range — Luxury Vinyl Tile in the Lusso Flooring visual language, made for projects that want the resilience of vinyl without the look of vinyl. Quietly being prepared. Trade access holders will be the first to see it.
